What to expect back from getting a recipe tested

• A customizable experience based on needs and wants for each recipe.
• Alternative method suggestions will be given, only if it’s necessary in order to make the recipe easier to read/cook or to dirty less dishes, without changing the final product.
• Small details included, such as size of pan needed, temperature, timing ranges etc.
• Any anecdotal notes to help you write headnotes: flavor and texture descriptions, highlights of the recipe and opinions on how to serve it (optional).
• Your vision and the final product will be intact. I will not change the creative voice in the recipe, all notes are suggestions.
• Upon request we can schedule a video meeting to run through my suggestions and thoughts about the recipes.
